I help women get clear on what they really want, especially when they’re at a point where the path forward isn’t obvious.
This work is about getting to the root of what’s really driving your decisions—not just what’s on the surface. Together, we look at what’s working, what’s not, what matters most to you, and what may be influencing your decisions.
My Intuitive Edge™ approach brings together intuition, strategy, action, and feedback. We pay attention to what you already know, create a practical strategy, take meaningful steps, and then use what you learn to adjust as you go.
The goal isn’t simply to gain insight. It’s to use that insight to make decisions and move forward.
I work with women navigating all kinds of major life changes—career changes, divorce, health challenges, caregiving, an empty nest, loss, burnout, or professional reinvention.
Sometimes there’s one obvious thing happening. Other times, several things are changing at once and it’s hard to know where to start.
The common thread is that something no longer feels quite right, and you’re ready to get clear on what’s next.
In a 2026 survey of 21 women navigating major life changes, three themes emerged consistently: feeling alone, lacking clarity, and wanting structure alongside emotional support.
Those are all things we address in this work. Menina provides a space to step back from the noise, get clear on what matters now, create structure around what comes next, and have someone alongside you as you work through it.
The common thread is that something has changed, and you’re ready to understand what it means and decide what comes next.
Each 60-minute session has a purpose, but the conversation is shaped around what you’re actually navigating at that point in time.
We start by looking at what has changed since our last conversation. What did you try? What did you notice? What became clearer—or more confusing?
From there, we focus on what matters most that day. Sometimes that means working through a decision. Sometimes it means challenging an assumption, sorting through competing priorities, or figuring out why you’ve been stuck on the same question.
We end with clarity about what you’re taking away and what you want to do with it before we meet again.
No homework piles. No generic worksheets just for the sake of having something to complete. The goal is to make meaningful progress on something that actually matters to you.
That’s actually a very common place to start.
You don’t have to know exactly what you want before we begin. We can start with what you do know: something isn’t working, something feels different, or you keep coming back to the same question.
One of the first things we do is separate the problem you think you’re trying to solve from what may actually be underneath it. Sometimes what looks like a career decision is really about burnout, identity, values, relationships, or wanting more control over your time.
We slow things down enough to figure out what’s actually going on, identify what deserves your attention first, and then turn that into something you can work with.
You don’t need a five-year plan. We just need to figure out what’s worth solving first.
This work is a good fit if you’re ready to look honestly at what’s happening and do something with what you discover.
You don’t have to know exactly what you want yet. But you do need to be willing to reflect, make decisions, try new approaches, and take meaningful steps between sessions.
I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to help you see things more clearly, trust your own judgment, and move forward with intention.
Everyone’s situation is different, so there isn’t a set timeline for when you’ll feel a particular result.
What I can tell you is that the work is designed to create progress throughout the three-month engagement—not simply give you insight at the end.
We’ll clarify what’s happening, identify what matters most, make decisions, try things, and adjust as you learn. The goal is to move from feeling stuck or uncertain to having a clearer direction and actually doing something about it.
Three months gives us enough time to do more than have a few good conversations.
We need time to understand the bigger picture, get clear on what you want, make decisions, try things in the real world, and adjust as needed.
You might begin thinking you need to make one major change, only to discover that the real issue is something different. Or you might know exactly what you want but need support turning that decision into something you can actually follow through on.
That’s why I don’t want to rush this work into a single decision. We create clarity, take a step, learn from it, and adjust.
My approach is also shaped by more than 20 years working in healthcare, public health, and strategic consulting. I’ve spent my career helping people and organizations navigate complex situations, make decisions, and turn strategy into something that actually works in the real world. That experience is part of what I bring to this work today.
The three-month structure gives us room for both the thinking and the doing, without creating an open-ended commitment.
The Intuitive Edge™ Consulting Experience is a three-month engagement at $1,000 per month.
The experience includes two 60-minute virtual sessions each month, personalized tools and planning, and support between sessions as you put things into practice.
I intentionally structure the work as a three-month engagement so we have enough time to understand what you’re navigating, create clarity, make decisions, and build momentum.
If the investment feels right for you, the next step is a conversation to make sure the work itself is the right fit.
Consulting and therapy can complement each other, but they serve different purposes.
Therapy can provide space to process emotions, heal from past experiences, and address mental health concerns. My work is focused on where you are now and where you want to go—helping you gain clarity, make decisions, and move forward.
I’m not a therapist, and consulting isn’t a substitute for therapy or other professional care. If I believe your needs would be better supported by a clinical professional, I’ll tell you and help point you in the right direction.
Yes. All consulting sessions are virtual, so I work with women throughout the United States.
I’m based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and local clients may have the option of meeting in person occasionally, depending on availability.
