I know what it feels like to rebuild.
Over the past decade, I’ve navigated divorce, health challenges, and major professional reinvention. I know firsthand what it means to move through uncertainty and come out stronger, clearer, and more aligned.
Professionally, I bring over 20 years of experience in healthcare, public health, and wellness. I earned my Master’s in Psychology and led complex initiatives at the state level in New York and Texas—including guiding teams through some of the most demanding COVID response efforts. That work stretched me in every way and confirmed what matters most: meaningful, human-centered impact.
After experiencing burnout firsthand, I pivoted, earning my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and moving into project management and consulting roles where I could combine strategic thinking with thoughtful execution, both within federal government and Fortune 500 settings. Eventually, this led me to found Menina Insight Consulting—born from a deep passion to help women navigating high-stakes transitions gain the insight and strategy to move forward with clarity and confidence.
But beyond the resumé, here’s what shapes me:
I grew up in upstate New York and now call Texas home. My partner and I spend most of our free time planning trips or exploring new places—I’m happiest immersed in different cultures, trying new foods, and connecting with people along the way. When I’m not supporting women through major life transitions, I recharge with a great book, a challenging workout, and quality time with like-minded, growth-oriented friends.
I believe reinvention is possible at any stage of life, and that strength and softness can coexist. The best work happens when you feel seen, supported, and challenged—and that’s exactly what I aim to create for the women I guide.
